summer has arrived

This last week of school has been pretty low key.
The boys each only had 1 baseball game this week,
and a few small school activities.
M was glad to hang at home with me.
She has taken a liking to
'Doc McStuffins'.
I made her, her very own doctor bag,
complete with band aids, a measuring tape,
medicine syringes, gloves, a magnifying glass,
tweezers & all sorts of goodies.
She loves to take care of our 'boo-boo's'.
While the boys were at baseball we went for sno-cones.
M got a BIG one!
Coconut is YUM-O!

On Thursday B had Pet Day at school.
We loaded up Pip & headed down.
When we arrived there were 9 pets-
1 cat, 1 ferret & 7 dogs!
After Pip's incident with the dog & power pole she
defines the term "Scardy-Cat"!
We moved quite a ways away from the dogs,
but this is as far as she would venture out of her
pet taxi.
(So grateful we borrowed the carrier for her!)

Today was the last day of school.
B's teacher did some fun awards &
volunteer appreciation.
He received the
"Best at getting the Teacher off subject award"
So funny! That's totally our B!
He will get you talking, and then ask question after question
until you don't remember what you started talking
about in the first place.
He had such an amazing teacher!
Ms. H is genuinely caring & attentive to each of her students.
She put in the extra mile to help B with his reading,
we love & appreciate her so much for that!
Balloon send off to welcome in the summer!

T also had a wonderful teacher!
He really developed a great relationship with her.
I didn't realize the picture was blurred until we got home-
oops!
Thank you Mrs. P! You made 5th grade awesome!

After school today we had a party for some friends that are moving.
They have boys both our boys ages,
so we are really going to miss them!
It was a really fun party!
I think we had about 40 kids there!
We just held it at our aquatic center,
and set up a tent with lots of goodies.
Such silly boys!
Little Bubby Boy hanging out
Miss M playing in the fountains
We love you DM!
This picture was nearly impossible to get!

Such a great group of kids!

So excited summer is here!
